Luis joined the Newmark team in 2019 as Associate Director in Costa Rica. He, along with his team, provide comprehensive and advanced services as real estate advisors for clients mostly in Costa Rica; He has extensive experience in tenant representation services in the office sector and the industrial sector, both areas considered his largest lines of business.

He is an industry veteran with more than 22 years of experience in the Costa Rican market. He spent 16 years as president of Ram Realtors, a commercial real estate company in Costa Rica and is now part of the Newmark team. With an MBA in business administration with an emphasis on marketing and sales, a specialization in project management, and knowledge in digital marketing, Luis and his sales team come to provide market experience to Newmark Central America and provide solutions to clients who need to analyze transfer of spaces, relocations, contract renewals, selection of new sites and real estate consulting, through a comprehensive analysis and under the standards that Newmark provides to its clients.
