Procedures to initiate brokerage services
We ask the owner selling a property to send
us an email or fax with all the features of
the property. We provide an Excel page with
all the information required to effectively
handle the property, you can fax it to (506)

We often discuss procedures by telephone, give
us a call to (506) 257-7744.
If the customer can already provide us with
materials such as photographs, blueprints, perspectives,
brochures, a webpage, etc., becoming acquainted
with the property will be much easier. We want
as much information as possible in order to
become experts on the property! A key element
we always ask for is the duly registered official
property plan, since it includes data we and
the potential buyer or tenant will request.
Once we have all the relevant information on
the property, we will qualify it to later meet
the seller. Establishing face to face contact
is essential in our way to do business. Of course,
we want to see the property and we want to be
clear and direct in providing our services.
We also request formal authorization to promote
the property, even if it is not done exclusively
by our firm. We simply ask you to sign a contract
stating that the customer authorizes us to handle
the non-exclusively promotion of the property,
and in case we bring a client who will purchase
or rent it, we will be paid the previously stated
commission, and that will commit ourselves to
carry out the process until its successful completion,
when the property is either sold or rented.
This authorization to promote the property does
not mean our firm will be the only handling
the property, but it certainly constitutes a
warranty so we can ensure adequate brokerage
services.
Once we meet with the customer, we include
the property in our SQL database, attaching
pictures and a brief description, and then load
it to our webpage so all our worldwide visitors
may see it. Depending on the type of property,
a special ad will be run on another means of
communication.
