1- If you wish your property to appear with a picture and the general characteristics in the list of it’s category the price is US$30 for 6 months. This also includes a secondary entire page of 800x600 px, were you can include up to 6 pictures 400x250 px and full description of your property. For US$10 extra your property will be in the first page of its category, so your property would be the first thing buyers will see!

2- Banners:

2.1 If you want a banner in the main page of www.ramrealtors.com in the left or right side of 175x 50 px, the price is US$35 per month, and if you want another banner in the property’s category or any other you like, you pay US$10 extra
2.2 Banner in the property’s category, the price is US$ 25 per month, 175 x 50 px.

2.3 Banner in every page of www.costaricabienesraices.com and ramrealtors.com in the right side of the page has a price of US$ 50 per month (175 x 50 px.)

The banner can be either gif or jpg format.

3. Important: is very important for you to know that if you pay for your property to be online, it will appear with your contact information, not ours, nevertheless all the information will be kept in our property data base, so if any other client contact us directly looking for a property like the one you have we will contact you.
