The project of condos is located on the Pacific Coastal waters of Costa Rica, in the town of Jaco. Jaco is the closest beach and resort area to San Jose International Airport (SJO), about 1.5 hours away.

Water System
Water is obtained through the local municipality. The condominiums water system consists of two reservoirs with a capacity of 32,000 gallons of water. Water is delivered to the condominiums and common areas by an electric pump system which includes a backup generator.
As part of the dedication for the protection of the environment Macaw’s Ocean Club will install a state of the art black water treatment system.

Electrical System
The Electrical System engineering meets the United States electrical code NEC, as well as all local municipal construction codes. An electrical transformer is located near the property and each condominium is metered separately.
